Ingredients for Bøftomater for the grill

1 | Onion finely chopped | |
1 | nip | Freshly grated nutmeg |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
150 | g | Mozzarella cheese, diced |
2 | tbsp | Sunflower kernels |
4 | Big mature bøftomater | |
500 | g | Fresh spinach |
Instructions for Bøftomater for the grill
To prepare the Bøftomater for the grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the grill.
Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
Add the sunflower seeds and grate them while stirring for about 2 minutes.
Add the onion and saute until golden.
Add the garlic and spinach, put a lid on and steam ahead in 2-3 min.
Take the Pan from the heat, Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Let it cool off.
Cut the lid of the tomatoes.
Scratch kernene out.
Chop nuts and pulp and stir in spinach mixture, along with mozarellaen.
Fill the tomatoes with spinach mixture and put the lid on.
Put a tomato on a piece of staniol and wrap them snugly.
Behind the tomatoes over the coals over high heat for 10 minutes.
Turn over once.
Serve immediately.
