½ | tsp | Salt |

125 | g | Temperate butter |
140 | g | Wheat flour |
60 | g | Coarsely chopped Pecans |
60 | g | Roughly chopped white chocolate |
60 | g | Roughly chopped dark chocolate |
70 | g | Dark cane sugar |

Instructions for Award Cookies
To prepare the Award Cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Whip butter and sugar airy and add the two kinds of chocolate and nuts.
Put the balls of the dough the size of a walnut on baking sheets with baking paper and press them a little flat with two wet fingers.
Bag in the preheated oven for approx. 14-20 minutes alm. Oven until golden. Refrigerate a baker after baking until they are not soft anymore.
