Instructions for Avocado and Mint soup
To prepare the Avocado and Mint soup recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt butter or margarine in a large thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the scallions and garlic and cook them over low heat, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes, until soft and clear glass.
Stir in flour and let Cook while stirring in the 1-2 minutes. Add the vegetable broth and bring to the boil. Simmer while avocados are prepared.
Peel avocados, take the stone out and chop them roughly. Came to the Pan along with the lemon juice and shell, and the spices. Put the lid on and simmer for about 10 minutes until tender.
Let the soup cool slightly and squeeze it through a sieve with the back of a spoon or use a food processor or blender until soup was creamy. Pour it into a bowl.

Server soup adorned with a mint sprig and give garlic bread with Mint.
