Oregano, fresh | ||

150 | g | Kohlrabi (Swede). raw |
2 | dl | Water |
500 | g | Carrots |
600 | g | Chicken fillet without skin and bones |
Instructions for Autumn chicken pot
To prepare the Autumn chicken pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Set the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Peel the kohlrabi and carrots and cut them into 1 cm thick and 2 ½ cm long pieces.
Heat the oil in a large ovenproof pot in even heat. Add the garlic and fry it in 3 min feddet. take up the garlic and discard it.
Unscrew a little flared up. Halve chicken fillets and season them with paprika, pepper and salt. Came the chicken fillets in the Pan and brown them 2 mins on each side until golden. Put the chicken on a platter and style to the page.
Add the root vegetables, water and oregano into the Pan and FRY for 5 minutes.
Put the chicken fillets in tyre the pan with aluminum foil. Set the Pan in the oven and roast the chicken is no longer pink inside and root vegetables are tender, 20-25 my.
Garner with fresh oregano and serve immediately.
