Instructions for Attar (sugar syrup)
To prepare the Attar (sugar syrup) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the sugar, water and lemon juice in a thick-bottomed pan, and set it to boil. Let the Attaren Cook for 10 min. for medium heat, stir in the of and to and keep an eye on the cooker all the time. Attar is finished when all the sugar is dissolved, and the syrup is clear (transparent). Take the Pan from the fire and stir Mazahar and Maward i. let it cool by (see p. 116). Stir in honey.
