Serve on platter: hot chilli sausage, Sun-dried tomatoes in oil and blanched asparagus with serrano-or parma ham. Steam the asparagus in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes. Let them cool and roll ham around. Serve on platter with sausage and sundried tomatoes.
