1000 | g | Green asparagus cut the lower part of the stems of cool |
50 | g | Butter |
65 | g | Parmesan cheese freshly grated |

To prepare the Asparagus Roulades (Rotolini di Asparagi) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the asparagus in 7 minutes in salted water. Hot while the oven up to 180 degrees C.
Drain the asparagus and Pat gently dry.
