Instructions for Artichoke salad with chicken
To prepare the Artichoke salad with chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cook the chickens the day beforehand, remove the skins and legs and cut the meat into strips that are wrapped in plastic bags in the refrigerator. Cut the cucumber into small cubes, drawing for 10 minutes in a sieve, sprinkle with coarse salt.
Stir the mayonnaise for a thin dressing with asparagus and stir in sour cream. Taste with salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Mix the chicken meat with driped artichoke hearts, rinsed and stuffed cucumber and asparagus nuts in a couple of salad bowls. Sprinkle some dressing over and serve the rest in a bowl. Add toasted bread.
