Instructions for Armenian Shashlik
To prepare the Armenian Shashlik recipe, please follow these instructions:
The lamb cut into 3-4 cm cubes sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in a deep bowl, onion, dill and parsley sprinkle over lemon juice and cognac or vodka poured over.
Everything mixes well and draws covered and cool for at least 5 hours.
The meat pieces are spooned and roasted under steady roll over charcoal charcoal or electric grill.
Serve with grilled vegetables, raw onion rings and chopped fresh herbs after selection.
