Ingredients for Apple Pancakes

1tbspCane sugar

2Eggs
2dlMilk
2dlWhipped cream

3Granny smith apples into small cubes. (about 400 g)
30gButter for baking of crêpes
65gWheat flour

Instructions for Apple Pancakes

To prepare the Apple Pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pancakes: whisk eggs, sugar and salt with cold water. Whisk the flour into the dough, is smooth. Stir the milk in pancake batter and let rest for about 20 mins.

Caramel: Favor the sugar in an even layer in a cold Pan (approximately 21 cm in diameter). Let the sugar melt without stirring-first 2 min. by excessive heat and then by even heat. Add the water and stir safely around until karamellen is smooth. Let it cool a little. If there are any lumps, then let karamellen rest without touching it, then dissolves the one in just a few minutes. Karamellen pour in a bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator. Makes the Pan clean.

Apples with apple cider vinegar: Let the butter be browned in the Pan and fry the apples by excessive heat for approx. 3 min. sprinkle them with sugar and fry them for about 1 min. or until they are lightly golden. Take the apples by the heat and baste them with apple cider vinegar.

Pancakes: Let a little of the butter be browned in a pan (approximately 14 cm in diameter). Advantage 1/2 dl dough in pan. Behind the pancake at the even heat about 1 1/2 min. on each side. Keep pancake hot under the aluminum foil, while the rest of the dish bake. Advantage of the apples on the pancakes, roll them together and put them in a baking dish.

Caramel flødeskum: whip the cream stiff and turn karamellen in cream foam with light hand.
