To prepare the Apple Marmalade (Apple Pork) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Let the agar-agar lie in plenty of water overnight.

Wash and dry the apples. Style them close in a roasting pan. Roast it in the oven at 225 degrees C until they are soft.
