To prepare the Apple Marmalade (Apple Pork) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Let the agar-agar lie in plenty of water overnight.
Wash and dry the apples. Style them close in a roasting pan. Roast it in the oven at 225 degrees C until they are soft.
Let them go through a sieve, while they are still warm. Boil the bog with sugar to pretty solid porridge.
Tube agar-agar in after it drips well of, and make sure that it melts. Add if necessary. a little red or green food coloring.
