Ingredients for Apple Dream

Instructions for Apple Dream
To prepare the Apple Dream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start putting the apples in a bag of vanilla sugar from the filling, mix well and let them draw for 30 minutes.
Bottom: Mix eggs and sugar airy, add vanilla, baking soda, soda, and ginger. Stir flour and melted butter in the end. Bake in well-lubricated spring form for about 20 minutes until the bottom is barely finished.
Fill: Melt tenderly and sugar in a pan until it is light brown. Do not burn. Add the apples from the bag of vanilla sugar. Stir them with low heat in the sugar until they are almost tender but not cooked to mash.
Distribute them directly from the pot on the barely baked cake bottom.
Top: Put a saucepan and put butter, coconut and sugar in. Melt it together with low heat. Add egg whites and warm it through. Do not burn in the bottom, so be careful to stir all the time.
Spread the top of the apple filled with a spoon so it is completely covered and the coconut mass makes a lid. Turn the oven down to 150 g and leave the cake ready for about 30 minutes until the bottom is completely blown. This is checked by sticking a long knife down through the layers, one can see that there is still dough on it if the cake is not finished.
Remove from the oven and cool off. Loosen the ring in spring form when it is less hot and gently tear it off. When the cake is cold use a long knife or flat pallet to loosen the cake from the bottom, place the ring from the sprig around it to support it and gently transfer it to a dish.
