To prepare the Apple chops in curry cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chops are spread into the flour, added curry, salt and pepper and brune in equal parts of butter and oil. They are then placed in a refractory dish. Dry if necessary. Some salt and pepper over.
The onions are peeled and chopped well. Bacon is spiced in a little oil on a pan together with the onions of both are golden.
Celery and apples peel and tear on the coarse side of the roast iron and turn on the forehead with bacon and onions added to thyme for approx. 5 minutes.
The filling is spread over and next to the cutlets. The pan is boiled with broth and cream. The sauce is spiced with honey, curry, salt and pepper and is spread over the chops. The dish is covered with foil and put in a 180 degree hot oven for approx. 30 minutes until the chops are fried.
