Ingredients for Apple cake muffins

1Apple without seeds, cut into slices
1tspBaking soda
1Grated Apple seedless
125gWheat flour
125gLight cane sugar
125gButter, softened
2Eggs
2-moulded TSP. ground cinnamon
2tbspWater
4-6tbspSieved apricot jam

Instructions for Apple cake muffins

To prepare the Apple cake muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

1: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

2: Whip butter and sugar together in a bowl until it is light and airy. Add the egg and then pour flour, baking powder and cinnamon into the bowl and whisk it until the mixture is even.
Then stir the cracked apple. Distribute the mixture into muffin molds and put a couple of apples on top. Pour them in the middle of the oven for 12-15 minutes until they are raised and stuck in the middle.
They will continue to feel a little sticky because of the cracked apple.

Glazing:
Warm the apricot marmalade with water in a pan or microwave and butter it over each cake.
It just adds a little extra, but they certainly can also be done without!

tips:
These cakes are not entirely muffins in the sense that they do not raise so much. They are closer to small apples that taste amazing :) They are still a little crazy inside, so they are still delicious if you want to suck them later when guests come for coffee! Server like to cook with cream fraiche or whipped cream.
