Instructions for Animal hash (food)

To prepare the Animal hash (food) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the peeled potatoes into fairly small cubes. Dry them in a clean Tea towel. Cut the animal flesh free of fat and sinew and cut it into cubes. Chop the onions.

Grate the potatoes in hot oil, the first minutes over high heat. Reduce the heat and let them småstege, for they are tender. Turn them often with palette knife, give the potatoes strong heat to last so they are crisp and golden. Take them up with slotted spoon.

Serving: Calculate 1-2 fried eggs per person and byd beetroot and English gravy to the Court.

Variation
Do not Apple or replace it if necessary. with a residual ituskåret cooked vegetables. Cooked cold pillekartofler can be used instead of roast, but the latter gives the best flavor.
