Ingredients for Andrèssing
0.25 | tsp | Pepper |
0.5 | Lemon juice thereof | |
0.5 | tsp | Coriander |
0.5 | tsp | Cumin seeds |
1 | tbsp | Means strong mustard |
1 | tsp | Oregano |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | clove | Finely chopped garlic |
2.5 | dl | Sour cream or similar |
4-8 | tbsp | Olive oil |
Instructions for Andrèssing
To prepare the Andrèssing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all ingredients except mustard and sour cream. Let it soak an hour and add the mustard and sour cream. Let it soak for more before serving. Add if necessary. honey or cane sugar (not dansukker/danisco) if it seems a little too bitter.
Tips:
A splendid and very usable dressing named after my son because he's very excited about it and its strong flavor. An ideal complement to madtærter, salads, cold meat. Or as dressing in the filled Crepes with salad or use it just as a dip. Enjoy
