Instructions for American pancakes 09
To prepare the American pancakes 09 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir or whip flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together with buttermilk and milk.
Whip butter and egg in.
(The dough must have a smooth consistency)
Warm a pan with a little butter on it. Pour the dough into small puffs (about ½ dl dough). There may be 2-3 claps on the forehead at a time.
The pangekaks must be thicker and mushroomed than ordinary pancakes.
When the surface is filled with bubbles, turn the pancakes, step them until they are golden on both sides.
