Chocolate shavings or grated chocolate

150gDark chocolate
150gButter
2tbspCocoa
2tbspSugar
225gWheat flour + extra for deployment
3dlCoffee cream
350gBrown sugar
4Together beaten eggs
4.5dlWhipped cream

Instructions for American (missisippi) mud pie

To prepare the American (missisippi) mud pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

Casserole: flour and cocoa are sieved in a bowl. Rub the butter with your fingers until it looks like a dark rasp. Stir the sugar dish. Add water until the dough becomes soft. Bring the dough into foil and lay in the refrigerator for approx. 15min.
Roll out the dough and lay it in a 23 cm diameter pie. It is very important that the dough comes right up to the edge. Once you have divided the dough, you can roll a cake roll over it, and then remove excess dough. Lightly baking and pouring beans, rice, chickpeas or similar to the top. Push it out into the edges. Pour the pie for 15 minutes at 190g hot air. Remove the baking paper and put the pie back for approx. 10 minutes.

Fill: Stir sugar and butter in a bowl, stir cocoa and egg in a little while. Melt the chocolate and stir it in the dough together with the coffee spoon.
Pour the filling into the pie and baking for approx. 45min at 160g hot air
Allow the pie to cool completely and cover it with whipped cream and chocolate chips.

tips:
You can easily use less whipped cream if desired.
