Instructions for American Cookies
To prepare the American Cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, baking soda, salt and oatmeal well together. Then mix sugar, daffodil, vanilla sugar and the soft butter in another bowl, and whisk well together, preferably with electric whips. Add the eggs and whip the mixture lightly and airy. Stir the flour mixture. Chop nuts (pecan nuts - pear nuts - walnuts or hazelnuts) and chocolate and turn it in.
Put the dough on plates with spoons.
Bake the cakes on the second best shelf at 150 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool to a baker. Store in a cage box.
