25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Butter |
500 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Amazing French bread! (: recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into warm water. Melt the butter, pour the cold milk in and pour the mixture into the yeast.
Add salt and 2/3 of the flour.
Beat the batter well together in the bowl.
Take the dough out on a floured and knead it well through with so much flour that dough is still soft supple.
Tires with a dough for mini trangia, plastic film or a wet cloth. Set the dough to withdraw to double in size, about 45 min.
Beat the dough down, IE. squeeze the air out with knuckles. Form the dough into a loaf of bread.

Take the bread out and let it cool on a wire rack.
