2 | Egg yolks | |
200 | g | Almonds |
3 | Egg whites | |
3 | tbsp | Strong coffee |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Almond Cake
To prepare the Almond Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and butter and sugar and break into pieces and egg yolks are added. The dough is kneaded together. Allow to stand cold for 60 min. Then roll the dough out into a plate with wax paper and bake at 200 degrees.
Almond bottom
The egg whites and sugar beaten stiff. The tonsils are added in the mass. Pour the mass out on a lpade with baking paper and behind the at 175 degrees for 10 minutes then cool it.
Cream
Butter sugar whipped into cream. Egg yolks whisked one by one. Add the coffee and let the cream cool.
The cream should be distributed on mørdejs bottom and almond bottom added upstairs. Share the cake of 50 pieces.

The cakes can be served straight from the freezer.
