Instructions for African beef casserole
To prepare the African beef casserole recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat cut from the bone (saved), and cut into bite-sized cubes. Reversed in flour and Brown in oil along with the leg.
Onion and Ginger cut into strips and place in pan. Bouillon, tomato concentrate and spices added. Some gruel is right under the lid for 1 hour.
Halve the potatoes and place in pan. After 10 minutes, add the mushrooms, cut into slices.
Some gruel is a further 10 min. and season with salt and pepper.
Bananas, peeled, halved and split lengthwise. Brown in oil in a frying pan and serve warm.
The rice is cooked and reversed with raisins and almond splitter.
