3-4Green peppers

Instructions for Adana Kebab

To prepare the Adana Kebab recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the meat into 8-10 pieces approx. 4x4 cm. And chop the onions nicely.

Mix all the ingredients except tomatoes and parsley in a bowl and leave it in mine. 20 minutes, preferably overnight

Prepare the grill

Put the meat on the greased griddle to the side. Place the spears on the grill.

Cut tomatoes and green peppers in half and put them on the grill next to the meat

Warm pita bread.

Server with parsley in pita bread and Adana kebab
