To prepare the A wish wreath recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in the cold milk, after which the other ingredients are added and kneaded together into a uniform dough.
The dough rolled out in ca. 12 cm wide and 50 cm's length. Along the center of the dough placed filling, which lubricated well out. The two sides folded toward the Center. The dough is shaped into a wreath and placed on a greased plate with the fold facing up. Be covered with a cloth and raises to double size.
Spread with egg white and bake on the middle oven at 250 degrees C in the Groove about 15 minutes. The oven must have the right temperature from the start.
When the wreath is cold, glaseres it.
