Ingredients for 5-grain buns
1 | dl | Junket |
1.5 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | 5-grain mix |
3 | dl | Water |
4 | dl | Whole milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
950 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for 5-grain buns
To prepare the 5-grain buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
5-kornsblanding cooked in the 2-3 minutes in the water and allow to cool.
Everything except the flour is stirred in.
Then add the flour to the dough release. Dough raise for about 1 hour.
Formed then to about 25 buns. They must raise about 20 minutes.
Brushed and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
