100gMargarine or butter
250gWheat flour
250gSifting
3tspCardamom
3tspSugar
5dlWhole milk

Instructions for Æ ´ cake

To prepare the Æ ´ cake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Milk and margarine lunes, and yeast and break into pieces. Mix together with other ingredients, with the two kinds of flour added gradually (the dough should not be too fast). Kneaded well through and elevates snug under a cloth for double size. The dough will be turned down, kneaded again through and formed into 8 small oblong loaf of bread. After raising approximately 10 minutes on the baking plate, brush with beaten egg and bake at 225 degrees C for about 15 minutes.
