Recipes with Raw tahini
Soak the nuts for 15 minutes and drain the water. Mix it all together with a spoonful in a large bowl. Bring it to the blender and blend. Add ½ cup of extra water if necessary. Afterwards the mass is kneaded with clean hands.
Make small balls of falafel mas
Stir the ingredients together with a spoon until it is a rich pasta.
This hearty pasta can be used as a dip for vegetables or to smear on biscuits. It is a good quick way to get protein on and it keeps it 3-4 weeks in the refrigerator.
Blend! It makes about 2 ½ cups

Variations: try adding a little parsley, scallion or cumin.
