Boil the eggs smiling approx. 6 min. Cut tomato and celery in both and rods. Saute celery in half of the butter. Pour orange juice and let it boil until the celery is tender. Boil the rest of the butter into the sauce. Put the tomatoes in. Turn off the heat an
