Recipes with NAMA shoyu (soy sauce)
Pour the walnuts into water for ½ hour and pour the water off.
Bring cauliflower, garlic and ginger into the food processor and chop with s-cut leaves until everything is finely chopped. Add walnuts and Nama Shoyu and blend until smooth. Help by scratching
Blend it all. Fits "mashed potatoes", mayonnaise pasta or a vegetable medley.
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. It gives a 1 cup and it keeps itself in a few weeks in the refrigerator.
