Mix the soda and salt in the flour. Add the butter, cut into small pieces, together with creme fraiche, vinegar and vodka, knead the dough well. Place it on a plate and put the film over and place it in the fridge for 2 hours.
Roll the dough onto a flour-co
Set the grease forward in room temperature, preferably the day before baking. Knead the fat, sugar and salt thoroughly antler together. Add the flour a little at a time. If dough will not be smooth, add a little extra flour.
Share portion into 2 equal parts
Kneaded together, and divided into 2 portions. The a half kneaded with cacaoen, and the other will be as it is rolled into balls large like walnuts, pressed flat and placed with the pressed part downwards. Bake at 170 degrees approximately 1/2 hours.
Tips:
Mix all the ingredients well together. Place the large teaspoons on baking sheet with wax paper.
Behind in 10-15 minutes at 185 degrees c. alm. oven.
PS: This portion gives white fat cakes. Desired half white, half Brown, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powde
