Dissolve instant espresso in boiling water and let it cool off. Mix the cooled espresso with flour and milk.

DEJ: melt the butter. Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl. Add the eggs. Dissolve instant espresso in boiling water and mix it in the dough. Add cream fraiche. Add flour and baking soda. Distribute the dough into muffin molds and bag them at 175
