The peas are cured. Sugar peas are rinsed and cut into 2 cm long strips. The wooded portion of asparagus is crushed and the asparagus is cut into 2 cm long pieces. Asparagus boil in salted water for 30 seconds, then add the frozen peas with the sugar peas.
