Kobeh (Calf with bulgur)

Washing bulguren. Mix the meat with bulguren. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add if necessary. a bit of water. FRY half of the meat with 2 chopped onion and salt and pepper in a little oil. The other half cooked without onions. In a greased casserole dish alter
