To prepare the Zucchini, frying pan recipe, please follow these instructions:

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Pour the flour into a large bowl and stir salt, melt butter and beer with a wooden bowl. The dough must be a good linden without clumping. If there were any lumps in the dough, the dough can be pressed through a finely sliced sieve, placed over a bowl - pipe / press now with the spoon - so all the lumps are crushed. Peel the courgettes and cut them into thin slices. Warm the frying oil until it sits on a match. Pour the courgette slices into a clean dish and put a large plate ready, covered with a piece of greasy paper.
Turn the mushrooms into the dough, then put them in the oil one by one. Do not load more than approx. 6-7 pieces at a time. Step them to the dough just is golden. The courgette discs will rise to the surface when they have enough.
Take them up with a hollow and put them on the plate of greasy paper. This dish is now put into an oven preheated to 150 degrees - and with open oven door - in this way the courgette slices warm and crisp until serving. Now fry the rest of the courgette slices in the same way as the first team.
