To prepare the Yogurt fruit juice (greasy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fruit is rinsed and purified with sugar and lemon juice. The fruit mixture is added to youhurst, quark and cream, and it all mix well together. Turn on the ice maker and pour the mixture into the freezer compartment. Cooking time: Approx. 35-45 min.
If you do not have an ice machine, pour it into a freezer and freeze. To avoid the formation of ice crystals in the mass, stir frequently during freezing.
