2 | dl | Chicken broth |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2 | tbsp | Sherry |
2 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
250 | g | Broccoli |
5-600 | g | Ham steak |
Instructions for Wok with ham
To prepare the Wok with ham recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut into strips and served in the mashed marinade. Set in a refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
Broccoli is divided into smaller bouquets. The peppers are cleaned for stems and kernels and cut into long strips. The loop is cut into thin boats.
A wok or steamer is warmed up well. 1 tbsp. Oil is coming on. Broccoli, onion and peppers are lighted 3-4 min. And taken up.
The meat is lighted 3-4 minutes in a little new oil.
Broth and marinade are added and boiled. The vegetables are turned in and heated quickly.
tips:
If you do not have much time, you can just marinate the meat while the vegetables are arranged.
