Instructions for Wild Wine Ragout
To prepare the Wild Wine Ragout recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the meat for 2 cm. Big cubes. Arrow and chop onions. Brown the meat in fat in a pan approx. 10 min. Add the chopped onions, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the sliced mushrooms in slices and tomato puree. Pour red wine and broth and let the ragout spin at low heat for approx. 1 hour. Taste it with vinegar and basil. Fill the creme fraiche in just before serving. Dish served with apple sauce and potato spheres or mashed potatoes.
