Instructions for Whole Hellflies in the oven
To prepare the Whole Hellflies in the oven recipe, please follow these instructions:
The fish is cleaned and found to be cut off, but keeping the skin on both sides, make two good pockets to fill along the spine. Clean and chop the vegetables and season them in the pan, add salt and pepper. Fill the pockets with vegetables and the rest can be used as an accessory. Cover the fish with sliced bacon and pour white wine into the bottom of the frying pan. Put in the oven at 220 for about 1/2 hour.
