Instructions for Whole fish on spinach bottom
To prepare the Whole fish on spinach bottom recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the halibut with lemon and sprinkle with salt. The spinach is cleaned for coarse stalk, rinsed and dripped off. Garlic peel, chopped and spoon in 2 tablespoons. Margarine and come in a refractory dish. The spinach is poured over and the wine is poured. Place in the oven for approx. 4 min. Foil at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Put the halibut on top of the spinach and put it in the oven again for 15-20 minutes.
The rest of the margarine is melted, the flour is stirred and the liquid from the fish is stirred together with cream.
The sauce is seasoned with salt and pepper and poured over halibut and spinach.
The nuts blend, mix with the cracked cheese and come over the fish. Bake another 10 min. In the oven until it is golden.
Served with flutes.
