2Bananas
2tbspMilk
4tbspFreshly grated coconut (or 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut)
50gPeanuts or cashews
7-800gGreenland halibut in serving pieces

Put rice over boiling. Chop all the parts of the salsa well and mix it all together. Season with salt and pepper. Put the salsa covered in the fridge until serving. Blend or chop peanuts fine. Brush the fish with milk and pan it in the nuts. Heat the oil on a teflon pan and stir the fish light brown at medium heat approx. 8 minutes in total. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
