| 150 | g | Oatmeal |
| 25 | g | Yeast |
| 3 | tbsp | Good oil |
| 7 | dl | Cold water |
| 750 | g | Wheat flour that can be 1/2 roughly + 1/2 alm wheat flour |

To prepare the Welfare Rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
It all pours into a wet / sticky dough.
Set aside for cooling at night.
The next morning they are put on plates with 2 spoons. The oven is set to 200 gr.
Raises while the oven warms up.
Bake at 200 gr for 18-20 min.
