Instructions for Warm savory salad
To prepare the Warm savory salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
The quails are put in milk and tabasco for at least 4 hours. Wipe them in kitchen paper and serve them in the maizena and put them in the butter until they are well brown. Step them in the oven for approx. 6 minutes. Meanwhile make the warm vinaigrette. Start roasting the bacon nuts almost brown, remove them from the pan and add olive oil, vinegar, chili oil, worcestershire sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve the quails upstairs with the hot dressing, bacon and half hard boiled eggs.
