To prepare the Walrus filets, deep-fried recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil up to approximately 180 degrees. Flip the fillets in flour, egg and oilseed rape. The order is unimportant, as long as canola comes last. Cook the fillets 3 to 4 minutes in oil. Take the fillets up and put them 3 ½ minute on fat sucking paper before serving.
Tips:
As all other fish tastes best with a slice of lemon fillets Walrus and a good white wine. Ideal for sandwiches and stuff like that.
