Ingredients for Walnut Pasta

0.5cupFresh parsley
1tbspFresh lemon juice
1Small onions (or ½-portion of a large)
1-2tspSea salt
2-3stemsLeaf celery
2-3cloveGarlic
3cupWalnuts

Instructions for Walnut Pasta

To prepare the Walnut Pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Put the walnuts in soft water for 30 minutes and drain the water.

Bring garlic, onion and parsley into the food processor and chop until it is finely chopped. Add walnuts lemon juice and sea salt. Blend until it is creamy and help with scratching down from the sides.

There will be 3 cups. You can add ½ cup of extra water to the pâté and blend again to make it a dip.
