Ingredients for Vegetable purees

Minced parsley
Pepper
Salt
Water
1-2tbspDrained yoghurt 10%
1-2clovePressed garlic
200gCarrot
200gPotato
200gParsley root or parsnip
400gCeleriac (eviscerated weight)

Instructions for Vegetable purees

To prepare the Vegetable purees recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes.
Bring the vegetables in a saucepan and pour water until it is evenly covered.
Boil the vegetables under the lid until they are very tender.
When the vegetables are ready, the water is poured. This can be drank if it is quiet cold.
The vegetables are crushed with a spelled blender and stirred with the rest of the ingredients.
It may add more or less yeast and garlic to taste.
