2Finely chopped scallions
2tspChopped fresh coriander
2cloveCrushed garlic
2.5tspFresh and grated ginger
3Eggs-lightly beaten together
3tbspPeanut oil
4Bok choy leaves into smaller pieces
4Small beetroot-peeled and grated
4-5tspSoy sauce
8Pita bread

To prepare the Vegetable omelette with pita bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix them, 1 tsp ginger, and half of the crushed garlic cloves, riseddiken, sesame oil, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, spring onions and tabascoen in a mixing bowl. Whip it good together. Warm half the peanut oil in a wok or Saute pan. Add the onion and the remaining garlic, and let it cook for a couple of min at medium heat. Then mix the red pepper, carrots, bok choy, ginger, and chili sauce in the last. Let the mixture Cook another couple of minutes until the vegetables are just tender. Pour so it all into a bowl and let it cool slightly. While the cooled mix eggs, cornflour and the last part soy sauce in another bowl. Finally whipped eggs and vegetable mix thoroughly together. Heat the remaining oil in a sauté pan. A quarter of the mixture is poured on the forehead, so that it forms a thick pancake. The fried 1-2 min on each side, and repeat the procedure with the rest of the mixture. Grate pitabrødene lightly on both sides. Excess liquid poured from the already cooked beetroot mixture.
