Instructions for Vanilla ice cream
To prepare the Vanilla ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the cream, egg yolks and sugar into a pan and put the battered vanilla dish in it. Warm the mixture through strong whipping until the cream is thick, do not boil.
Allow the cream to cool off. Whip occasionally in it. (Take vanilla on). Taste the cream with vanilla sugar if you have not used whole vanilla.
Freeze the cream 4-5 hours. Add the whipped cream while stirring when the ice is half frozen. Allow ice to freeze. Turn the ice on a dish or cut it into slices.
Serve with fresh or pickled berries and fruit. Or with chocolate sauce or moisture sauce.
