Instructions for Vanilla cream
To prepare the Vanilla cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and flourish thick and foamy. Scrape the grains of the battered vanilla and put them in. Whip the cream stiff and turn it into the egg pulp immediately before serving.
The cream can be flavored with lemon or orange juice, liqueur, liqueur or spirits.
tips:
A smaller "fat" raw cream can be made from 4 egg yolks and half-yams and half-whipped cream. The recipe by the way is unchanged.
