1.5 | dl | Milk |
1.5 | dl | Beer |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
350 | g | Sifting |
50 | g | Yeast |
75 | g | Syrup or honey |
Instructions for Vøterbrød
To prepare the Vøterbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beer and milk mix and lunes, after which the yeast dissolved in it. The other ingredients are added and the dough is kneaded until it is uniform. Raises 15 minutes uncovered.
