Ingredients for Urtegårdskylling 02

Basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Pepper
Salt
1canCA. 400 g crushed tomatoes.
1Green bell pepper
1Yellow bell pepper
1Red bell pepper
1Squash
2tbspChopped fresh parsley
2tbspHerbes de provence (Provençal herbs)
2cloveGarlic
2Onion
4Chicken fillets Skinless
5tbspOlive oil

Instructions for Urtegårdskylling 02

To prepare the Urtegårdskylling 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Rub the chicken fillets with herbes de provence. Arrow and chop garlic and onions. Rinse the vegetables. Cut the squash into the tern. Half the peppers, remove the kernels, the white membrane and the sirloin and shred the peppers roughly.

2. Heat 2 tbsp. Oil on a large frying pan. Put the chicken fillets in and rise approx. 8 min.
Turn around and step approx. 5 min. Or until they are completed. Take them out of the forehead and keep them warm.

3. Pour the rest of the oil on the frying pan. Bowl on onion, garlic, squash and pepper. Stir under stirring for 10 minutes. Or until the vegetables are soft. Pour the crushed tomatoes in and season.

4. Put on the lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir the parsley and put the chicken fillets on top. Put the lid on and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Decorate with basil and serve.

tips:
